Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Trying to position the still life for this painting seemed as if they didn’t want to stand still until I snuck up on them and shined a flashlight. Finally, I froze them in the shadows of my dreams—capturing volume, light, and space.
